Nice pool, parking under building.

Everything was very good, fairly clean hotel, great and lovely location near to Botanical gardens. We had a spotless and beautifully designed room with comfortable beds. Location: the venue was next to the marina or waterfront and Cairns including the trendy Edgehill suburb and the hill overlooking the airport. In Captain Cook Seafoods you could have Chinese meals👌

The service was good with parking under building. The restaurant was very accommodating which serves really good food, I tried fine dishes.

Warm and incredible breakfast lots of meals.

Climate control, a carpet, and a kitchen in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Good views of the mountains all around. Marvellous and easy location, 5 minutes' walk to Tanks Arts Centre. Decent food in the authentic restaurant in the vicinity.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was truly impressed. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with high-quality utensils and cooking provisions, even though I didn't use them. The staff, especially Jimmy on reception, were extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the beautiful pools added a touch of luxury to my stay. The location of this place was perfect, as it was on the outskirts of the city and provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Loved the room and outlook and the grounds

Checking out experience very cold after such a lovelly stay didn't even say did you have a good stay after payment walked away without even a good bye. Pool hours a b it late for guests with pool view to noisy

Nice place to stay. Gardens are excellent & secure parking very good. I would stay again if we visited Cairns again.

The hotel impressed me with their excellent cleanliness, wide range of facilities, convenient parking, and helpful staff. The location was perfect too, with many shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to the botanical gardens.

Nothing could have been better.

the whole feel of the resort was excellent from the time you entered reception.There was plenty to do or lots of spots to relax by the pools.Close to the city and shops but peaceful at the same time.

Family enjoyed all aspects of our stay, especially the security. It was very reassuring.

We were disappointed that the games room for the children was tucked away in a little, dark and very hot room above the retaurant. We also had to pay for all games!

Great location, spacious room, amazing deck with pool access, nice breakfast at the onsite cafe, friendly and helpful staff, clean apartment and common areas.

The room was good for us as a family and the service/cleaning of the room was very good. The pools were great with choice and proximity

The check in was handled poorly by the receptionist. Probably the worst and rudest in the world !! The pools were cold. The sauna was ancient and took hours to warm up (only able to book for an hour !) The 'late night' bar, shut at 9.00pm most nights and would not serve after this time !!

The pool was right outside our room.

In need of major repairs to outside structure and internal structure. Seems old and tired. The fitness room was not operational and was taped off. Price increased because of eclipse. Not worth rhe dollars.

The ensuite and main bathroom at The Lakes Resort Cairns are simply stunning, with a brilliant mix of tiles and a double bowl vanity. The chrome tap ware adds a beautiful gleam to the room. As a family with children, we loved the style and elegance of the bathrooms.

Subjectively, we found the view from our two-bedroom plus study apartment at The Lakes Resort Cairns facing Centenary Lakes to be less appealing. However, we acknowledge that others may still find enjoyment in it.

Was a very comfortable, roomy place to stay!
